YamYam To Go is a well-established takeaway food chain, serving a variety of Asian cuisine. With a wealth of industry experience creating and delivering tasty food for any occasion, they have a rapid expansion plan in the horizon.

Personalisation is the theme YamYam to Go formed their business model on, with customers being able to choose the size, base, and topping of their meal to ensure it is to their specific taste. The challenge was to show the menu, as well as current promotions, to customers looking to order and work on a system to effectively manage the sales and inventory of each store, individually.


Our solution for the showcasing of the YamYam to Go menu and their current promotions was to install three, 43-inch Samsung screens – complete with Signagelive software for managing the content. Two of these screens are being used as menu boards and the other one is for promotions.

We also created a range of digital artwork for use with the three screens to adhere to the YamYam to Go brand image, adapt to the screens themselves, and be easy for customers to read and understand.

In order to help YamYam to Go manage their sales and inventory, we worked with them to install and setup an EPOS solution to monitor prices, stock levels, and staff performance without the hindrance of human error. In these early stages, we are already seeing fantastic positive feedback from YamYam to Go that the systems we have installed are improving the efficiency and appearance of their company in-store. This means we will also be working with them as they expand into a nationwide franchise, implementing digital signage and EPOS systems in all of their locations.

By installing digital menu boards, we have made it easier for customers to choose their meal and even showcasing other products, leading to more upsells. By showing live promotions alongside the menu boards in-store, customers are even shown the best deals available.

All of the content on the three screens is tailor-made for YamYam to Go and has received a lot of positive feedback from customers.

By installing an EPOS solution, efficiency has been greatly improved. This is not only clear in the management of stock, sales, and staff, but also with the live update of promotions and menus to ensure that everything in-store is fresh. The turnaround and expenditure is also drastically reduced as there is no need for the creation and printing of physical promotion materials. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
